創立から25年。ASAは、時代の変化とともに、一歩一歩その歩みを重ねてきました。

振り返れば、その間に社会は大きく変化しました。インターネットの普及、スマートフォンの登場、東日本大震災、コロナ禍、そしてAIの進化。ものづくりを取り巻く環境も、人々の暮らしも、大きく変わり続けています。

ASAもまた、その時代ごとに求められることを見つめ、紙からWebへ、映像へ、そしてAIへと、新しい技術や表現に挑戦しながら歩んできました。

しかし、どれだけ時代が変わっても、変わらなかったものがあります。

それは、人と人をつなぐものづくりへの想いです。

For 25 years, ASA has continued to move forward, adapting to the changing times.

Over the past quarter century, society has undergone remarkable transformation. The rise of the Internet, the advent of smartphones, the Great East Japan Earthquake, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the rapid evolution of AI have all reshaped the way we live and create.

  • Web制作を中心にしたデジタル広告プロダクションとして株式会社ディー・エム・ピーを仙台で創業。

    Established dmp Inc., a digital advertisement production company in Sendai.

  • 東京オフィスを開設。

    Established the Tokyo office.

  • 映像制作部門を立ち上げ、TVCMの制作を中心に受託制作を開始。Webと映像のワンストップ制作が可能となる。

    We established a video production division and started contract production focusing on TV commercials. This enables us to provide one-stop production for both web and video content.

  • 開発部門を立ち上げ、スマートフォンアプリの受託開発を開始。デジタル広告制作物全般に関してワンストップ制作が可能となる。

    Established a development division and started contract development of smartphone applications. This enables us to provide one-stop production for all types of digital advertising materials.

  • 東北の制作リソースを米国で提供するためASA Digitalブランドを発足。

    The ASA Digital brand is launched to provide production resources from the Tohoku region to the US market.

  • ASA Digitalを法人化し、株式会社ASAを設立。

    ASA Digital is incorporated as ASA Inc.

  • 株式会社ASAにて、デジタルコンテンツのための検証（QA）サービスを開始。

    QA service for digital content is launched at ASA Inc.

  • 株式会社ディー・エム・ピーを存続会社とし、株式会社ASAと合併。合併後の会社名は株式会社ASAとする。

    Dmp Inc. merges with ASA Inc. with Dmp Inc. as the merging company renamed as ASA Inc.

  • ASA America inc.を設立。

    Established ASA America Inc.

  • 株式会社ASA QA 設立。

    Established ASA QA Inc.

  • 株式会社ASAtte 設立。

    Established ASAtte Inc.

  • グループブランドを ASA DIGITALに統一し、ロゴを一新。

    The group brand is unified under "ASA DIGITAL" with a redesinged logo.

  • ソネット・メディア・ネットワークス株式会社（現 SMN株式会社）の連結子会社となる。

    Became a consolidated subsidiary of So-net Media Networks Co.,Ltd. (currently SMN Corporation).

  • 株式会社ASAを存続会社とし、株式会社ASA QA、株式会社ASAtteを吸収合併。

    ASA Inc, merged with ASA QA Inc., and ASAtte Inc. with ASA Inc. as the surviving company

  • ロサンゼルスオフィスを開設。

    Opened the Los Angeles office.
